Red hot In Flagranti take The Clash's hit* and strip it down to a dubby groover. The track is taken from the latest Sounds Superb release on Codek; and what from I can tell is a JunoDownload exclusive. What I don't know is if these tracks - all 10 amazing reworkings of dusty gems - have been released before. To my knowledge, they have not...anyone?

In Flagranti are everywhere these days. And for good reason. These two Swiss gents relocated to Brooklyn in '96 and have been pumping out tracks on their very own Codek label ever since. They've definitely worked hard and deserve much of the hype they've been generating. A quick Google search will turn up countless hits for official remixes, obscure edits and original productions. The blog world is in love with these dudes too; and like most hyped acts, every single blog posts the same "hot" track....snoozer. Now don't get me wrong – I love the Golden Bug remix and the Holy Ghost! cover – but if I visit one more blog that posts either I will destroy the internet.

So here's the In Flagranti edit of The Rolling Stones' Emotional Rescue that came out on Mindless Boogie about a year ago (oh no!). A killer tune that is guaranteed to pack floors with the most jaded of hipsters, coked out frat boys and top 40 tramps. It's like the tri-fecta jam!
